How do I download Accounting?
Choose Download, select your device and confirm your browser’s installation prompt. If your browser does not offer a prompt, the page shows the device-specific menu steps. You can also open Accounting in your browser.
Can I use Google each time I sign in?
Yes. Choose Continue with Google and use the same Google account. You can also verify your email using the link sent to your inbox. There is no additional numeric OTP step.
What company details are required?
Complete your company details before opening the workspace. Indian company accounts require a GSTIN with a valid format and checksum. This does not independently confirm an active government registration.
When does my trial start?
Complete the feature tour and submit feedback for Workfry review. Your trial begins at first access after approval. Features unlock gradually during the trial.
Where are my company records stored?
Your books stay in the browser profile used to create them. Other browsers and devices keep separate records. Export regular backups, especially before clearing site data or changing devices.
Can I share records with my CA?
Use Export for CA / team to filter invoice lines by dates, customer and invoice number. Download the CSV and share it securely. Your CA should reconcile notes and tax treatment before filing.
Does the app file GST returns automatically?
No. The app provides accounting records, reviewed tax rates and working-paper exports. Government filing, IRN and e-way bill submission are not connected.
How does the annual offer work?
An annual Accounting purchase includes 12 paid months plus 1 bonus calendar month. Your selected plan controls the included features, companies and devices. Applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
What happens after my subscription expires?
You can still view and export saved records. Renew to continue creating or changing records. Keep backups of your company books.
